If for some reason your Sombrio Apparel has issues due to manufacturers defect, please follow these necessary steps to have your garment inspected for warranty:

1. Take your laundered piece of Sombrio Apparel with your proof of purchase to ANY Authorized Sombrio Dealer for warranty inspection.*
2. The Authorized Sombrio Dealer will then ship the garment back to our Head Quarters.
3. Subject to our discretion Sombrio will replace or repair items damaged due to manufacturers’ defect in material or workmanship. **

* If you need to have a garment inspected for warranty and there is no dealer within a reasonable distance, please call 604.985.1654

** Manufacturer’s defect includes defects in materials and workmanship. Damage due to normal wear and tear, improper garment care, misuse, sun damage, and rips or tears caused by crashes will not be covered by the Sombrio Garment Guarantee.

Please note ALL garments must be laundered and clean before inspection.
